Healthy Leansteaks (Lightened-Up Cheesesteaks)

Who doesn’t love a classic cheesesteak? This Healthy Leansteak recipe takes all the cheesy, savory goodness of a traditional Philly cheesesteak and gives it a lighter, high-protein twist. Made with shaved steak, caramelized onions, and a creamy cheese sauce blended from cottage cheese and skim milk, this version is flavorful, satisfying, and much lower in fat than the takeout favorite. Hollowed-out hoagie rolls help cut down on calories while keeping all the flavor you crave.

  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 100 g low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
